The main responsibility is to manage Warehouse Operations in both Sabah and Sarawak, supporting the Operations team by overseeing inventory, storage, and distribution.

Administration

  • To ensure stocks purchase is processed through the company in-house system via PR & PO.
  • To approve team members’ leave application, claim approval on monthly basis.
  • To approve team members’ travel expenditures (flight & accommodation arrangement)
  • To concur/approve on petty cash vouchers, stock count variance, Return Advise or any official documents as defined by the company.

People Management

  • To ensure the manpower is sufficient & manage on labour cost by controlling overtime.
  • To monitor team members’ conduct & measure performance towards target achievement.

Inventories Management

  • To monitor on inventories with min variance & maintain consistency of supply.
  • To ensure proper stock rotation to avoid write-off.
  • To maintain integrity of stock, ensure the facility is safe with effective security control.

Inbound & Outbound Management

  • To arrange delivery of products, maintain integrity & food safety of products to restaurants.
  • To arrange regular service & maintain fleet conditions to avoid disruption of delivery.
  • To arrange with KL counterpart to ensure stock holding is sufficient.

Restaurant Support

  • To assist in identifying root cause of operations issues & able to rectify for improvement.
  • To be able to provide solutions for any abnormal circumstances arise during operations activities.

Compliance of all Local regulatory, Food Safety & Quality Requirement

  • To ensure facility practices & operations are complying to Franchisor’s requirement & local regulatory requirements (Halal, DOSH. DOE, Local Council etc.)
  • To ensure all trucks are inspected regularly & pass the regulatory inspection.
  • To avoid any violation of road safety & be summoned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial position with solid understanding of warehouse management, logistics & inventories.
  • Independent, honest, a team player & proactive.
  • Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Maintain discipline & adhere to company policies.
  • Willing to work irregular hours, including evenings or weekends, if necessary.
  • Possess strong leadership qualities & the ability to mentor the team for growth.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, especially in handling supply chain disruptions, while keeping a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • The selected candidate will be based in either Kota Kinabalu, Sabah or Kuching, Sarawak, depending on where they reside.
