- To plan, formulate, develop and implement overall policies and procedures in order to meet the Company's objectives and ISO requirements.

- To be responsible for all payroll functions and management of the computerized Payroll Systems.

- To be responsible for the submission of the statutory contributions i.e. EPF, PCB, SOCSO, HRDF and etc.

- To be responsible for employee Compensation & Benefit, e.g. Employment letter, Confirmation, yearly appraisal, leave entitlement & management, etc.

- To be responsible for new employee onboard arrangement and resignation procedure

- To be conduct Staff Orientation for new employee.

- Foreign worker correspondence- need to coordinate with agent for foreign worker application procedure, calling visa, work permit application & renewal, Fomema, insurance, etc.

- Hostel maintenance, cleanliness, foreign worker in/out record, to ensure they commit to Hostel rules & regulation.

- To motivate, trains and discipline the employees/subordinates.

- To assure that the company’s staffing requirements are met in a timely manner to ensure full operational capabilities are realized and legislative/regulatory requirements are satisfied.

- To develop, implement and monitor ‘Training and Development’ programs for manpower and succession plans to upgrade the skills of the people.

- To enhance the employees’ capabilities towards meeting the Company’s goals, objectives and expansion plans.

- Panel clinic: issue medical chit and ensure employee do not miss-use the benefit.

- Coordinate with colleges for trainee program.

- To be responsible for overall Industrial & Employees relation matters.

- Prepare memo and announce accordingly

- Annual dinner coordination and preparation.

- All types of reporting, especially HR Monthly Report

- To be responsible on deduction and return of staff deposit for badge, touch card, locker and etc.

- To be responsible for safety implementation.

- To ensure compliant to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

- To comply Company 5S Implementation.

- To carry out any other duties delegated to you from your superior or the Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
