Ensure that safe methods of work are implemented and maintained.
Ensure smooth operation and planning of all mechanical and electrical equipment planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance.
Prepare manpower scheduling for the Mechanical and Electrical unit.
Prepare all maintenance schedules.
Prepare justification paper of spare parts or equipment procurement for board approval.
Prepare technical design and requirement for all Mechanical and Electrical installation.
Ensure all equipments are in compliance with Statutory requirement. (Inspection, Permits, License, Report Submission etc.)
Ensure all equipments, installation, and tools are tagged and kept in a well manner.
Liaise with Local Authorities / Consultants and Contractors.
Liaise with Security Department, Rail Operators and tenants.
Provide specialist knowledge and expertise in Engineering Support.
Manage all works with contractors and M&E outsourced services.
Manage all maintenance, construction and installation activities.
Produce and consolidate reports, work schedules and programmes pertaining to the unit on a bi-weekly submission.
Prepare half yearly and yearly budget for the unit.
Review detail construction drawings and recommendations to Senior Management.
Conduct meeting pertaining the unit.
Actively participate in all ‘Emergency Response Plan’ activities.
Facilitate in the implementation of Health & Safety Environment procedures
Plan and review energy management program implementation
Act on any assignment being assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
Possess a Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) and with at least 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
Proven experience in facilities management or a similar operational role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
