Job Description

  • Assist customers in analyzing their existing application infrastructure architecture to propose a suitable cloud platform and architecture that meets their needs.
  • Cloud Solution Design: Design and architect cloud-based solutions that align with client requirements, including infrastructure setup, data management, security, scalability, and disaster recovery.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Setup: Configure and deploy cloud resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking components, and containers, following best practices and security guidelines.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI/CD. Automate code builds, testing, and deployment processes. Ensure that the pipeline is robust, secure, and efficient.
  • Configuration Management: Use Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to manage infrastructure. Maintain and version control configuration files for infrastructure components.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and administer operating systems (Windows & Linux) within cloud environments.
  • Assist customers in modernizing their software applications from traditional infrastructure to cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, Google GCP).
  • Provide troubleshooting, management, and problem resolution support, including root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and contractors to promote customer satisfaction while optimizing data security.
  • Explore new cloud technologies and innovations, particularly in DevOps, Data Analytics, AI/ML, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated services.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Cloud Architect or Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect) are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Hands-on expertise in deploying and administering cloud services, such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure.
