- Maintain and conduct good relations with the management ward and ensure that all employees provide good cooperation to the ward management to provide excellent service in moving towards customer satisfaction.
- Planning a normal and therapeutic diet as suggested by hospital dietetic officer.
- Responsible for patient care in terms of dietary supply.
- Monitor the process of arranging diet orders from the ward, diet orders to kitchen department as well as the process of serving food to patients.
- Planning and making decisions on behalf of the company with matters related to dietetics.
- Control the portion of food based on the specifications that have been set by the hospital.
- Monitor the course of the serving process under the supervision of the supervisor dietetic department and patient services to ensure a normal diet and a properly portioned therapeutic diet.
- Cooperate with chefs and cooks in the kitchen department to patients to ensure that the diet is prepared according to the specifications set.
- Give explanations / briefings and hold discussions with patient service assistants, supervisors and chefs and cooks on a therapeutic diet from time to time.
- Interact with the ward staff, especially the nurses regarding therapeutic diet order made.
- Receive and analyze complaints received from wards and departments dietetics and hospital food.
- Monitor the quality of food in terms of size, presentation and taste.
- Ensure that the diet ticket is prepared correctly by the diet clerk.
- Conduct training for new staff on diet.
- Provide reports / information required by the dietetics department and hospital meals.
- Attend meetings with the hospital's dietetics and catering department.
- Getting feedback from patients about the diet provided.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
