DIET AID (HOSPITAL AMPANG)

• Willing to work at Hospital Ampang
• Comply with and ensure all the rules and conditions that have been determined by company management in particular and the hospital generally.
• Comply with and ensure all instructions given by branch manager or any department head is obeyed by all staff under his supervision.
• Implement and complete all the main tasks and general tasks that are responsible within the specified time perfectly, full of dedication and responsibility.
• Maintain and conduct good relations with the management ward and ensure that all employees provide good cooperation to the ward management to provide excellent service in the direction of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for getting the patient's menu choices every day and dealing with the nurse for diet orders.
• Monitor the accuracy of diet meals in the ward.
• Review diet orders from the ward up to the order level.
• Help dietitian in matters related to diet.
• Acting as a dietitian in his absence.
• Updating the number of patients along with the type of diet into the existing form.
• Prepare a daily report of the number of patients who receive each diet days for verification by a dietitian.
• Cooperate with the dietetics and food department of the hospital in reviewing food order form and solve any problems related to diet orders from the ward.
• Monitor the process of arranging diet orders from the ward, diet orders to kitchen department as well as the process of serving food to patients.
• Ensure that the diet ticket is prepared correctly by the diet clerk.
• Get feedback from patients about the diet
• provided.
• Interact individually with service staff regarding orders patient food.
• Provide information to the service staff if there is any problems related to patient food orders.
• Receiving phone calls from the ward and outside as well responsible for communicating it to the parties involved.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
