Sales Consultant
6 day work
Mon to Sun
10:00am - 9:00pm (Include OT, 2 meal break)
1 day rest during weekdays

Job Responsibilities:
- Offer a consistently high level and memorable customer service.
- Be passionate in product consultation for customers to achieve a win-win situation.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly.
- Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy
- Keep display items clean and displayable and overall cleanliness of the outlet.
- Stock replenishment and arrange stock in out.
- Work closely with other departments.
- Assist with regular inventory counts.
- Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise; act according to company policy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
