Job Responsibilities:

  • Tier 2 Customer Support: Provide support for customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media, with a focus on non-voice interactions.
  • Expertise in Non-Voice Channels: Take ownership of customer issues, demonstrating proficiency in social media and online applications to address concerns effectively.
  • Balance Customer and Business Needs: Maintain a balance between meeting customer requirements and achieving business objectives while applying sales and marketing techniques.
  • High Volume Inquiry Management: Handle a large volume of customer inquiries professionally and ensure accountability for meeting individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Process Improvement and Confidentiality: Identify workflow enhancements, communicate them to management, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality regarding customer information.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Strong attentiveness, empathy, patience, and consistency, along with effective persuasion and excellent telephone etiquette and communication abilities.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of analytical thinking and proficient in high-level problem-solving.
  • Stress Resilience: Ability to maintain composure and perform well in high-pressure environments.
  • Flexible Availability: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
