Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
  • Process customer orders in the MIS system, issue job tickets, and ensure all documentation is accurate and filed.
  • Track orders and keep customers informed on order status and delivery schedules.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, working with relevant departments for solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and report trends to management for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate pricing on orders and quotations and follow up with customers on artwork approvals.
  • Assist with special projects or other tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or printing.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and CRM/order processing systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Must proficient in speaking Mandarin and English.
  • Able to start work immediately.

Remuneration:

  • 5-day work week
  • Entitled to Medical Insurance after one year of service
