Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
- Process customer orders in the MIS system, issue job tickets, and ensure all documentation is accurate and filed.
- Track orders and keep customers informed on order status and delivery schedules.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, working with relevant departments for solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and report trends to management for improvement.
- Ensure accurate pricing on orders and quotations and follow up with customers on artwork approvals.
- Assist with special projects or other tasks as required by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or printing.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and CRM/order processing systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Must proficient in speaking Mandarin and English.
- Able to start work immediately.
Remuneration:
- 5-day work week
- Entitled to Medical Insurance after one year of service
- Training provided
