Are you detail-oriented with a knack for negotiation and looking for an exciting start in warehouse administration? Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Purchasing Admin and play a key role in managing inventory, sourcing, and working closely with suppliers!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee warehouse inventory to ensure stock levels are well maintained.
- Handle purchasing and procurement tasks, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for the best deals.
- Manage returns effectively to minimize losses.
- Liaise with suppliers to maintain good relationships and ensure smooth delivery schedules.
- Prepare and manage documents related to purchasing and warehouse operations.
- Assist in warehouse operations for efficient workflow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Minimum Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- Experience: No prior experience is required, but 1-2 years in a similar role is a bonus.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
- Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, and open to new challenges.
