As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities

1.Social Media Management & Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase LinkedIn and Podcast followers by 40%.
  • Conceptualize and create engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Podcasts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and reach.

2.Website Revamp & Content Coordination

  • Collaborate with vendors and assist the Project Manager to revamp the company website and company products, ensuring it aligns with brand identity and user needs.
  • Participate in design conceptualization, content development, and coordination with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Compile reports, check for content quality, and ensure timely delivery of website updates.

3.Budgeting and Reporting

  • Prepare and manage the quarterly digital marketing budget.
  • Provide quarterly and annual digital marketing reports to evaluate strategy effectiveness and recommend improvements.

4.Content Development

  • Develop a monthly digital marketing plan, outlining content themes, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Create and oversee the distribution of quarterly newsletters to keep the audience informed about the latest news and updates.

5.SEO & Web Analytics

  • Perform SEO updates and improvements to enhance online visibility and search engine ranking.
  • Use analytics tools to assess the impact of SEO initiatives and identify areas for optimization.

6.Internal Digital Marketing Training

  • Introduce and train internal teams on digital marketing best practices, helping them understand and leverage digital strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Author knowledge base articles for internal reference, supporting a learning culture within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, SEO tools, and web analytics.
  • Strong content creation skills, with an eye for design and copywriting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of up-to-date technology and digital marketing trends.
