Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth. The role includes overseeing social media management, content creation, website revamps, and SEO, while also playing a key role in internal communications and knowledge sharing. Success in this role will be measured by meeting growth targets, specifically in social media following, content quality, and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
1.Social Media Management & Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase LinkedIn and Podcast followers by 40%.
- Conceptualize and create engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Podcasts.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and reach.
2.Website Revamp & Content Coordination
- Collaborate with vendors and assist the Project Manager to revamp the company website and company products, ensuring it aligns with brand identity and user needs.
- Participate in design conceptualization, content development, and coordination with external and internal stakeholders.
- Compile reports, check for content quality, and ensure timely delivery of website updates.
3.Budgeting and Reporting
- Prepare and manage the quarterly digital marketing budget.
- Provide quarterly and annual digital marketing reports to evaluate strategy effectiveness and recommend improvements.
4.Content Development
- Develop a monthly digital marketing plan, outlining content themes, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Create and oversee the distribution of quarterly newsletters to keep the audience informed about the latest news and updates.
5.SEO & Web Analytics
- Perform SEO updates and improvements to enhance online visibility and search engine ranking.
- Use analytics tools to assess the impact of SEO initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
6.Internal Digital Marketing Training
- Introduce and train internal teams on digital marketing best practices, helping them understand and leverage digital strategies to achieve business goals.
- Author knowledge base articles for internal reference, supporting a learning culture within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, SEO tools, and web analytics.
- Strong content creation skills, with an eye for design and copywriting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of up-to-date technology and digital marketing trends.
