· Handle clients' full set of accounts
· Liaise with clients' suppliers or customers via email or phone
· Maintain office daily needs eg, ensure office supplies of paper, envelopes, stationery etc.
· Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
· Process clients' cheque payments or online transactions
· Any other adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Xero accounting software knowledge will be an advantage
· Experience with Singapore GST reporting is an advantage
· Computer literacy eg, microsoft word, excel, outlook
· Willing to learn and have initiative and be proactive at work
· Good communication skills for both oral and written in English
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to multitask
· Able to work independently and in a team
· Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading and writing)
Qualification:
Degree in accounting / ACCA
