The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsibilities
• Verify purchases tax invoices against PO in system
• Enter bills to pay and ensure timely payment process
• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable function
• Able to handle petty cash collections and payments
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Enter import clearance permit bill into Xero
• Attend monthly physical stocktake
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation
• Support Finance Manager on any other related finance and accounting functions
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
- Knowledge of Singapore GST will be advantageous
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English language to handle Chinese documentations
- Able to start within short-notice immediately
