Roles and Responsibilities
- Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Determining problem resolution and implementing continuous improvements.
- Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes and workflow.
- Involve in the development of new process control, equipment and design for new product.
- Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
- Ensuring manufacturing process, equipment and products comply with safety standard and legal regulations.
- Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, industrial, or Mechanical engineering) or equivalent studies required.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering (CNC preferred).
- Experience using CAD, CAM, data analysis programs and related software (will be added advantage).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organization and management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good analytical and statistical analysis skills
