JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintenance the accounting system, which is manage account payable and account receivable, daily accounting functions, and assist Management in year-end procedures for audit and tax. Ensure all daily transaction such as reports, payments, invoicing, are correctly recorded.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Account

  • Handle full set of accounts and accounting function.
  • Participate in month end-journal entries, month end-closing, including completion of various GL account reconciliations and related schedule.
  • Handle yearly audit and ensure to meet submission dateline.
  • Keep document filling and tracking all the supporting documents.
  • Keep accurate manner for daily transaction.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of accounting transaction in compliance with statutory and requirements.
  • Prepare Purchase Order, track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure proper and accurate month-end closing within the deadlines.
  • Responsible for general accounting which include processing invoices, receivables, payable and etc.
  • Keep track and maintain asset acquisition and listing.
  • Assist day to day operations and duties of the account department.
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Keeping accurate records and financial reporting.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATION

  • Possess at least a Degree, in /Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience in a similar capacity
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Self-driven, positive, pro-active, highly motivated individual
  • Service-oriented attitude/personality.
  • Detailed and meticulous.
  • Ability to multi-task, good planning, coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Creative and able to provide options and solutions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; Excel (Advanced level), Word and Powerpoint.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
