- Handle and manage full sets of accounts.
- Prepare financial report, perform monthly/quarterly account closing.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
- Prepare audited financial statements and managements reports.
- Prepare of budget, cashflow forecasts and manages daily cashflow to maintain liquidity and make informed financial decisions.
- Assist in coordination of internal and external audit.
- Address audit queries and ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
- Prepare and review current and differed tax provision.
- Support the accounting team with various projects and tasks as needed.
- Liaise with tax agents and lawyer on corporate loan matters.
- Candidate must possess at lease Degree or equivalent in Accounting and related fields of professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA/ PA)
- Preferences: Mandarin speaking candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office.
- Familiar with accounting invoice software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A desire to learn and grow within the field of accounting.
