Customer Service Professional/ Helpdesk
Job Scope:
To monitor CCTV for TM Exchange throughout nationwide.
Create ticket for 2nd level.
Basic Salary: RM 2100 + RM 400++ of allowance
Working Location: TM Annexe 1
Working Hours: 2 shift pattern, 8.00AM - 8.00PM & 8.00PM - 8.00AM
Working Days: 4 days a week & 3 days off, 3 days a week & 4 days off

Requirement:
1. Diploma and above.
2. Experience in handling basic trouble shooting issue.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
