THE ROLE
A project supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of a project on site. Ensure that projects are completed on time, conduct TBM, and according to specified quality standards as per instructed by Project Engineer.

JOB DETAILS

Position: Project Supervisor

Working Duration: 2 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (November & December 2024)

Working Address: Kulim

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday: 0800AM to 1700PM

Salary: Basic range from RM3,000 – RM4,000 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning and Coordination

  • Carry out project plans, receive assigning tasks and monitoring progress.

Team Management

  • Hardworking and motivated, resolving conflicts and providing site support.

Quality Control

  • Ensuring that deliverable projects meet quality standards and specifications.

Risk Management

  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project's success.

Communication

  • Reporting and updating the projects status and progress to Project Engineer.

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum one years working experience as Project Supervisors from construction, engineering or related project
  • Able to start in November 2024
