Car Park Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and organized Car Park Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our complex mall’s parking facilities. In this role, you will ensure efficient car park management, maintain high safety standards, and provide excellent customer service to visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise car park staff and allocate duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain the car park equipment, including entry/exit barriers, payment kiosks, and security systems.
• Handle customer inquiries and assist with issues such as lost tickets and parking violations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper signage throughout the car park.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on car park occupancy, revenue, and any incidents.
• Liaise with mall management for promotions, events, and traffic flow planning.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in car park management, facility supervision, or customer service.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of parking equipment and systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
