Position: Account Executive
Company Industry: Food Manufacturing
Working Location: Pulau Indah, Selangor, Malaysia
Working hours: Monday – Friday (0800 to 1800)
Working duration: 12 months (renewable/convert to permanent based on performance)
Salary: RM2500 to RM3500
Job Summary:
To manage all aspects of financial in receivables, banking, credit control, payables and other related matters in accounting.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist and support the management in compiling audit, taxation schedule, analysis report and forecast.
2. To ensure timely account closing and statutory filing
3. Responsible for the day-to-day accounting duties for the company.
4. Prepare monthly closing of accounts and reports for timely submission to management.
5. Prepare & provide the financial information accordance to corporate and statutory requirements.
6. Preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly SST/CIT/WHT reporting documents to the relevant authorities as required within stipulated deadlines.
7. Liaise with internal and external auditors on operational/statutory audits.
8. To undertake other responsibilities as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
1. At least LCCI, Diploma/Advance Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
2. 2 years and below of working experience in Accounts Department. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
3. Experience and knowledge in Manufacturing environment is added advantage.
4. Meticulous with details and good timekeeper.
5. Demonstrate high level commitment, and ability to work under tight deadline.
6. Must willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Klang
