Job Responsibilities

  • Retail Operations Planning: Oversee and refine retail operations to ensure efficient and high-quality business performance, including:
  • Process Optimization: Coordinate overall retail processes and operational standards, collaborating with responsible parties in various retail sub-modules to review and optimize business operations.
  • Internal Control Support: Assist the retail department in internal controls, including risk assessment, risk mapping, and regular risk reviews.
  • Store Operations Support: Collaborate with retail construction, marketing, and GTM managers to support retail operations, ensuring timely and adequate resource allocation for frontline teams and stores.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage retail department meetings and regional retail meetings, establishing and maintaining effective communication mechanisms for efficient operations.
  • Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering feedback from frontline teams to optimize business processes and operations.
  • Additional Support: Provide other necessary support to the retail department.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, management, economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Over 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, with a preference for those with operational and management experience. Team or project management experience is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively liaising with various departments and teams. Strong meeting organization skills to promote efficient teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin communication skills is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills, able to extract optimization suggestions from frontline feedback. Excellent planning and summarization abilities.
  • Project Management: Capable of managing projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner with strong adaptability to respond to changes in the retail market.
  • Professional Skills: Familiar with retail business processes and operational standards, with the ability to assess and optimize business operations. Basic knowledge of risk management for effective risk assessment and control.
  • Other Requirements: Proficient in office software and relevant data analysis tools.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
