Working days & hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm)

Contract duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (potential for convert to permanent subject to performance)

MISSION

You will be responsible for supporting both Finance and Boutique departments in their day-to-day operations.

For Finance department, you will be handling functions such as but not limited to, checking and tracking of Boutiques (BTQ) invoices, Malaysia E-invoicing matters etc. You are also required to assist with administrative matters such as the filing of documents, organization of finance storage, and any ad-hoc duties assigned.

For Boutique department, you are tasked to coordinate services and assist with administrative matters. This includes, but is not limited to, raising of purchase orders, goods receipt, coordination of maintenance services at the boutique.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance:

  • To assist with checking of sales invoices to ensure completeness, and that the appropriate supporting documents have been submitted to Finance.
  • To assist the Finance team in administrative matters such as as filling of documents, organization of finance storage, and scanning of documents.
  • To maintain proper documentation on e-invoicing documents for purchases and ensure follow up on outstanding items and reconciliations
  • Any ad-hoc duties assign by Finance team.

Boutique:

  • To raise purchase orders for related purchases, verify invoices received from users (relevant departments), and perform goods receipt on the system when goods or services have been received.
  • To coordinate with suppliers or contractors for the general maintenance of the boutique

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Economics or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience related to the position.
  • English conversational and business English
  • Professional and good communication skills, both in writing and speaking
  • Financial analysis skills, coupled with ability to communicate meaning from data
  • Teamwork and partner behaviors
  • Organized and detailed oriented
