· Answering all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
· Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
· Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
· Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the general public
· Provide administrative services/support for the top management or other staff when required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Independent, self motivated and good interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task, operate photocopy & fax machine
· Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
· Be flexible, honest and trustworthy
Desired Qualifications:
Diploma/ STPM or 1 year related experience
