Project Planning and Coordination -Create detailed maintenance plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, by working closely with contractors and internal teams to develop comprehensive maintenance scopes and schedules.
Ensure maintenance works are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption by conducting site assessments and gathering accurate measurements to guide implementation.
Develop and revise floor plan drawings as needed, ensuring they align with renovation objectives and compliance standards.
Assist with ordering and storage of asset gondolas and related materials for renovation and maintenance projects by coordinating with suppliers, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring proper storage to support smooth maintenance execution.
Assist to compile maintenance record, procurement process, and good practice in maintaining documentation.
Maintenance Management - Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules for all facilities, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed to minimize downtime and extend the life of assets.
Coordinate repairs and monitor by working with support teams and contractors to maintain facilities and keep healthcare services running smoothly.
Permit Acquisition and Vendor Communication - Ensure the timely acquisition and application of all necessary permits and compliance for maintenance needs, including those related to electrical and water systems as well as signboards.
Handle vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations by negotiating contracts, monitoring service quality, and enforcing safety protocols. Maintain reliable operations and adherence to safety standards through careful vendor management. Budget and Resource Management
Assist in preparing and managing budgets for maintenance activities, tracking spending & invoices submission, forecasting costs, and finding ways to save money. Help keep maintenance within budget through effective financial management.
Prepare a Bill of Quantities (BQ) from approved contractors at least once a year. Review and assess these BQs to ensure they are accurate and meet maintenance & project needs, supporting effective contractor management and resource planning. Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure that maintenance work meets all regulations, codes, and safety standards by conducting regular inspections and reviewing contractor performance. Support the creation of safe, high-quality healthcare environments through adherence to compliance requirements.
Documentation and Reporting - Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports on progress, tasks, and budgets. Help improve operational efficiency and decision making by maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Risk Management - Identify potential risks in projects and develop strategies to reduce their impact. Help ensure project success and minimize disruptions by proactively managing risks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,469.17 per month
