ACCOUNTABILITY
Administrative
· Responsible for providing personalized administrative support to the management in a professional and timely manner.
· Handle requests, feedback, queries quickly and professionally
· Monitor administrative supply levels; reorder when appropriate
· Develop, carry out an efficient documentation, filing system for both paper and electronic records
· Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team
Operations
· Solicit new walk-in customers from all possible channels and maintain existing customers’ satisfaction level
· Recommend, execute effective marketing, promotion programmes to generate customer awareness and sales
· Improve the service standards and customers’ experiences at the outlets
· Responsible to control costs, upkeep the image of the outlets and warehouse
· Directly manages the operations, maintenance of outlets and warehouse.
· Communicating with management to develop strategic operations goals.
· Creating, managing the organization’s fiscal operating, capital budget and expenses.
· Monitoring operational performance of outlets and warehouse.
· Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.
· Monitoring performance metrics.
Sales
· Responsible for coordinating the sales team, supporting management and ensuring sales quotas are reached.
· Maintaining outlets sales performance, recruiting, training team and monitoring inventory.
· Have excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
· Have a thorough knowledge, understanding of the store's products and services.
· Recruiting, training new team, assigning specific tasks to team and monitoring the team's sales performance.
· Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.
· Writing reports for managers.
· Providing sales team with constructive feedback and assisting team to solve customers' problems.
· Maintaining positive customer relations.
· Motivating the sales team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
Warehouse
· Supervising, evaluating warehouse team performance, meeting safety regulations, monitoring deliveries and shipments.
· Interact with customers and clients to resolve any delivery issues that may arise.
· Help with some administrative tasks such as order and invoice processing.
· Lead to enhance communication between the warehouse and procurement.
· Help manage an accurate, revolving FIFO inventory and rigorously investigate any discrepancies.
· Ensure all warehouse team comprehend safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
