Responsibilities
- To lead and coordinate all the in-house maintenance team and oversee the operations, maintenance and upkeep of all properties of the Company.
- To liaise with all stakeholders including customers, suppliers, service providers, etc. regarding any maintenance or rectification works.
- To perform periodical checks of the building equipment and machinery assets to ensure smooth operation of daily activities.
- To ensure routine maintenance upkeeps is conducted according to requirements for all mechanical hardware, equipment, and pneumatic systems.
- To manage and attend to all renovations/renovation works.
- To conduct risk assessment on processes and tasks within the department and facilities.
- To prepare the maintenance monthly report, annual maintenance budget and department’s capital expenditure proposal.
- Maintaining Property Maintenance Records and files.
- Have knowledge in Building Authority, Law, Regulation and Requirement (is an added advantages)
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in overall FACILITIES MANAGEMENT of SHOPPING COMPLEX/RETAIL COMPLEX as well as high rise building.
- Possess a relevant certificate of Chargeman BO/B4 (33KV) is an advantage.
- Meticulous, result oriented and highly organized.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Able to interact well with all levels of staff.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
