Stall Assistant (Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru)

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Quality and Service Standards:
• Ensure all food items meet quality standards and are presented attractively.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Stall Operations:
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the stall, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Daily Operations Management:
• Coordinate daily stall operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Facilitate internal communication among team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 3 years experience in F&B industry.
• Extensive knowledge in F&B industry and it's management skill.
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
