  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • To support the Safety & Health Officer (SHO) or Safety & Health Coordinator (SH Coordinator) to carry out workplace inspection, in a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis with checklist.
  • To inspect plants, equipment, appliances and processes used in a workplace is in proper order, preventing potential source to cause bodily injury.
  • To support the SHO or SH Coordinator in monitoring, controlling and coordinating with contractors on their daily safety & health practices at the workplace.
  • Ensure contractor submit their monthly safety & health reports and other documents relevant to safety & health within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Maintain a proper documentation system in issuing, recording and safe keeping of all Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) documents and records in a stipulated template.
  • Support the SHO to attend to and investigate any accident, near-miss incident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease which being reported at workplace and ensure a full investigation report is generated.
  • Ensure the usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by workers in a workplace for the purpose of minimizing bodily injury due to constant exposure to inherent occupational risk.
  • Promote safety & health awareness in the company and comply with all the legal & other requirements that applicable to the company.
  • Perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualification Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in any discipline, preferable in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering background and attended a Safety & Health Officer course.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experiences in Safety & Health implementation in an organization, preferably in Property Developer industry.
  • With knowledge in understanding and the implementation of OH&S MS at the workplace will be an advantage.
  • Able to communicate in English effectively, both verbal and written.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
