Description
In this role, you will lead and manage consulting projects across integrated human capital areas from organization development, talent management, performance management, and strategic rewards. You will work closely with Senior Leaders and the industry’s top consultants, while you develop deep and cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills. You will also contribute to activities that support continued revenue growth of the Work & Rewards line of business and WTW overall.
The Role
- Contribute to sales and business development efforts for the Work & Rewards consulting business focusing on the area of Work, Rewards & Careers
- Lead and manage a range of diverse and sophisticated Work & Rewards projects to improve organizational and business performance, whilst working closely with a team to deliver excellent client work
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
- Work with other lines of business within WTW to cross sell products and solutions to existing clients
- Belong to a truly regionally and globally connected team, with the opportunity to work on projects in different markets whilst learning from Global/Regional Industry and subject matter experts
- Support the development of new intellectual capital for Work & Rewards Solutions by consolidating internal work experiences and participating in regional/global initiatives
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Proven relevant experience in a broad range of HR areas, preferably in organization design, strategic workforce planning or total rewards and performance management
- Strong business acumen and strategic problem solving to improve organizational and business performance and add value to client business results
- Strong drive and motivation to achieve results, deliver commercial targets and build market share
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally and establish a network of clients
- An executive presence with the ability to manage client relationships and present to mid/senior leadership teams
- Ability to influence Human Capital Practitioners, Business Leaders and work across all levels of an organization
- Demonstrate a collaborative business style to introduce new value-added services internally and to clients, including commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way and leverage on a combination of advanced analytics and leading-edge technology to deliver insights to clients
- Strong drive and motivation to achieve results and support business development initiatives to deliver commercial targets and build market share
- Self-driven with a value for teamwork, collaboration, excellence, decisiveness, and integrity in all that is done
