  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Manage purchasing, setup, and installation of hardware across all corporate and outlet locations, ensuring compatibility and compliance with company standards
  • Configure and troubleshoot network systems, ensuring stable internet connectivity for offices and outlets
  • Set up and manage security system configurations for all devices, ensuring data protection and compliance with cybersecurity standards
  • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company’s keyphone system to support seamless communication

Slack, Google Workspace & Email Management

  • Create, manage, and troubleshoot Google Workspace accounts and emails for new and existing employees
  • Handle permissions, data security settings, and group policies to ensure smooth operation within Google Workspace
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and optimize Workspace use across the company.

IT Compliance & Cybersecurity

  • Compliance Monitoring

Software & License Management

  • Software Procurement & Renewal
  • Keep an updated inventory of all hardware and software licenses and manage vendor relationships for upgrades or troubleshooting

Project Support for Outlets

  • Oversee network installations, testing, and troubleshooting for all current/new outlets
  • Coordinate with the construction and operations teams to ensure that all necessary IT infrastructure is ready for new outlet launches
  • Install and configure point-of-sale systems, CCTV, computers, and other technology such as smart home systems to ensure seamless functionality at new locations

Job requirements:

  • Diploma /Degree in IT Technology, Computer Science or other related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in network and system administration

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Good knowledge of network administration and configuration
  • Solid understanding of network operating systems, topologies, and protocols
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks are added advantages, including NodeJS, ReactJs, VB, Python, JavaScript, SQL, C#, and Android
  • Experience in database design and management (MSSQL, MySQL) and software flowcharting
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Workspace, AppSheet, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and private cloud solutions
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
