Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any related field is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in an administrative role with a focus on sourcing and procurement is an added advantage.
  • Able to work in Section 32 Shah Alam (Bukit Naga).
  • Possess a valid motorcycle and driving license (class D).
  • Independent, Confident, Problem Solver, Responsible, Discipline, Matured, Organized, Good Communication Skills and Excellent Client-Facing Skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Assist in the sourcing and procurement of materials, supplies, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms, and managing relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track orders, and manage stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases related to procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis and supplier performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
