Ensure smooth office operations by overseeing administrative tasks and fostering a positive work environment. This role includes managing the full spectrum of HR activities.
Job Description
- Prepare and maintain administrative documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, activity coordination, and office supply management.
- Enhance office processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail) professionally and promptly.
- Arrange and assist in the interview and hiring process, issue staff-related letters, and maintain accurate records and filing.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained workspace.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Run errands as assigned when necessary.
Job Requirement

- Candidates must posses at least Diploma Business Administration, Human Resource or equivalent
- 1 -2 years of working experience in a related field is preferable
- Good communication in English, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- To provide administrative support and any other duties which may be assigned from time-to-time
- Ability to work well with others in a deadline-driven environment
- Primary Language: Mandarin (As require to liaise with Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking Clients due to work nature)
