Job Description: Franchise Marketing Manager
Position Overview: The Franchise Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that support the growth and success of the franchisees network. This position involves managing marketing initiatives to attract franchisees, drive brand awareness, and support individual franchisees with local marketing efforts. The role requires collaboration with franchise owners, corporate teams, and external partners to create consistent and effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchisee Recruitment Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential Collaborators.
- Collaborate with the franchise development team to create targeted promotional materials
- and content (e.g., brochures, website, social media) to franchisee recruitment efforts.
- Manage lead generation through digital marketing, advertising, and event participation (e.g., franchise expos, webinars).
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all franchise locations and marketing materials.
- Monitor the use of the brand guidelines by franchiser to maintain brand integrity.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to align franchise marketing strategies with overall brand goals.
- Local Collaborator Marketing Support:
- Provide marketing support and guidance to franchisee to help them execute local marketing plans.
- Develop localized marketing tools, campaigns, and templates to assist franchisees in promoting their individual locations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for farnchisees to enhance their marketing skills and understanding of corporate marketing tools.
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Plan and execute national and regional marketing campaigns, including promotions, special events, and seasonal marketing.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) to drive engagement and traffic to franchise locations.
- Monitor campaign performance through data analytics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborator Marketing Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget allocated for franchise initiatives.
- Work with collaborators to develop cooperative advertising programs.
- Ensure that all marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for franchise growth.
- Analyze consumer behavior and feedback to improve marketing strategies and franchise operations.
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance to stakeholders.
- Partnership and Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and media outlets to enhance marketing efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with advertising partners and marketing service providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in franchise marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and advertising strategies.
- Experience in brand management and developing localized marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
