Job Scope
- Perform data entry, process payments, and manage bookkeeping.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and manage daily accounting operations.
- Reconcile sales and cash transactions.
- Maintain records of claims with supporting documentation.
- Download, sort, and file documents on the cloud drive.
- Assist with rental/utilities payments and follow up on overdue collections.
- Use CRM for accounting, sales, and invoicing tasks.
- Provide operational and management support as needed.
- Support sales data entry tasks.
- Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.c
- Strong time management skills.
- Proficient in numbers and SQL software.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Collaborative with internal teams to improve processes.
- Knowledge of cash flow and financial management.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
