Responsibilities:

  • Execute HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, industrial relations, staff welfare etc.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Support onboarding and training processes for new hires and current employees.
  • Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR matters.
  • Manage disciplinary issues and implement appropriate disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee daily office and warehouse operations, including management of office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Perform procurement activities, including preparation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely purchases to prevent stockouts.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, travel, hotel arrangements, and company events.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR management principles and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
