Responsibilities:
- Execute HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, industrial relations, staff welfare etc.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Support onboarding and training processes for new hires and current employees.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR matters.
- Manage disciplinary issues and implement appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Oversee daily office and warehouse operations, including management of office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Perform procurement activities, including preparation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely purchases to prevent stockouts.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, travel, hotel arrangements, and company events.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR management principles and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
