JOB PURPOSE
- Receive, manage and process in SAP all types of orders from customers and clients via Tele Ordering and Emails to ensure orders are encoded on time on daily basis
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, manage and process in SAP accurately all types of orders from customers and clients via Tele-Ordering and Emails to ensure orders are encoded in a timely manner
- Receive and follow up with enquiries from customers and clients in a timely manner
- Attend to ad hoc urgent matters to ensure the requests are dealt with promptly and managed properly
- Churn out and prepare reports on timely manner
- Attend and participate in cross-functional discussions and meetings when needed
REQUIREMENTS
- SPM / Diploma in any relevant studies
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience
- Knowledge of customer services & call center operations
- Communicating effectively at all levels, both verbal and written
- Being able to deal, work and cope in a difficult and highly competitive environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bukit Jelutong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
