- Handling of customer’s enquiries on product, order and delivery status and ensure customers’ orders are processed accurately and promptly.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer feedbacks, provide necessary support in resolving the feedbacks by obtaining and evaluating relevant information.
- Process orders, applications and requests from dealers.
- Managing logistics flow and keep dealers posted on status.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Manage dealer’s accounts and adhere to an indoor sales target.
- Travel to visit dealer’s office as and when required.
- Eventing support when required.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma in a related field.
- 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required, preferably in beauty and skincare industry will be added advantages
- Able to write and communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good team player.
- Team player, pleasant personality and good in communication skill.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.
