Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide company secretarial support services to a portfolio of corporate clients
- Responsible for carrying out all aspects of company secretarial functions
- Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory forms and documents
- Updating and maintaining all relevant statutory records, registers and other documents
- Attend Board and General meetings
- Lead and guide a team of junior and semi-senior executives and ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
- Assist the Company Secretary in company secretarial and administrative matters
- Liaise with clients, auditors, regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders in connection with company secretarial matters.
- Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- With ICCA cert
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
