Safety and Security Manager

a) To develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures in the hotel.

b) To prepare and controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.

c) To recruit, train and supervising all staffs in the Safety and Security Department.

d) To plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.

e) To handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

f) To carry out inspection and patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.

g) To keep tab on all surveillance cameras and security systems

h) To respond to emergencies by providing necessary assistance to employees and customers.

i) To ensure the company’s assets is protected and safe from theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
