Candidate must possess a diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Halal Management or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Willing to work independently with effective problem solving skills and management skills

Job Descriptions:

To carry out and comply with regulations, company's SOPs and ISO 22000
Planning, directing and coordinating the production activities
Ensuring efficient use of resources of manpower and materials
To ensure manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently
Creating and managing overall team schedules
Ensure all process and work flow are followed or implemented as per management decision
Check production output according to specification and update report to superior
Evaluating workers performance and providing feedbacks to superior
Responsible to handle, solve and rectify issues and dispute arises
To ensure safe environment for all workers
Prepare management report as and when needed
To supervise student on relevant internship. Verify report prepared by student
To verify / approved leaves, overtime, and claims for workers
