As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. You will work closely with relevant stakeholders from the Sales and Product Teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while taking ownership of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion Strategy Development and Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to promote products and services across channels such as web, social media, paid advertising, and events. Collaborate with channel owners and the creative team to ensure effective and customer-centric execution.
- Create and implement all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
- Identify opportunities and gaps for growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, product catalogs and other relevant creatives.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and content.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
Paid Advertising Management:
- Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies, including ad copy and angle strategy, and audience targeting, that align with overall marketing objectives across various platforms.
- Utilize data-driven marketing with a strong background in PPC (pay-per-click) advertising, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set measurable goals and KPIs for each campaign, including building analytics dashboards.
- Assist and support the regional marketing team in placing paid ads and providing optimization advice.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Track and analyze overall campaign performance metrics and the contribution of marketing initiatives to the products.
- Utilize A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance.
Budget Management:
- Manage the paid advertising budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track and report on budget performance and make necessary adjustments to meet financial goals.
Stay Updated:
- Stay on top of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital advertising and physical marketing.
- Conduct competitor research.
- Continuously explore new platforms and tools to enhance marketing efforts.
Administrative Duties:
- Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and creation of marketing materials.
- Ensure proper and organized documentation of projects and tasks on Google Drive and NextCloud.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
- Proactively update the team on task progress and take ownership of assigned tasks to ensure timely and effective completion.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of regional marketing and management.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with budget management and financial acumen.
- Leadership and team management experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
