The Social Media and Community Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our social media channels, fostering community engagement, and creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote assigned products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, community management, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower ship.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze social media performance metrics to enhance the company’s social media presence and provide recommendations for improvement.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a vibrant and engaged online community by actively participating in conversations, responding to inquiries, and encouraging user-generated content.
- Develop and execute community engagement initiatives, such as live AMA, contests, Q&A sessions, and discussion threads.
- Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and key community members to amplify the brand message.
- Organize and manage online events and live streams on social media to engage with the community.
Product Promotion Strategy:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to promote assigned products, from initial planning to post-launch analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure cohesive and effective product launch campaigns.
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media and other digital platforms as required for social community engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Others Duties:
- Ensure proper and organized documentation of projects and tasks.
- Assists in regional project and tasks.
- To undertake and perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, and marketing/digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with content creation and graphic design tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
