  • Oversee daily operations of the batching plant, including production, maintenance, inventory, safety, and employee supervision.
  • Ensure accurate mix designs are approved and entered into the batching system.
  • Control concrete quality, preventing rejections and investigating issues as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on concrete rejection and wastage.
  • Maintain plant, equipment, and machinery, following maintenance schedules to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Update and manage plant drawings, standards, and procedures.
  • Inspect access roads to ensure safe mixer truck passage and clear routes of hazards.
  • Plan material deliveries and coordinate with vendors for timely supply.
  • Implement quality control for incoming materials and optimize plant performance (output, energy use, waste).
  • Assist with annual budget reports and contribute to long-term plant planning.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and address material variance issues.
  • Train staff and ensure all employees are equipped to perform their duties.
  • Enforce daily housekeeping and cleanliness standards within the plant area.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years in the precast manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete mix design, quality control, and familiarity with batching plant equipment.
  • Experience in inventory management, material planning, and safety compliance.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written).
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Must be able to work in Beranang.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
