Location : Johor Bahru

Salary: RM 5000 + incentives

Working Days: 5 days

Consultant Responsibilities:

To interact with clients to understand their design needs, preference and budget requirements.
To get clients to buy off overall design proposal and quotation.
To negotiate pricing, terms and contract with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
To do presentation for company's portfolio, design flow and services, and design proposal to clients.
To prepare accurate quotations based on client specifications and design proposal.
To cultivate and maintain good relationship with clients by addressing client concerns, providing excellent service, and maintaining open communication throughout the sales process.
To stay informed about design trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to position the company effectively in the market.
To achieve yearly sales target
To generate company sales lead

Primary Responsibilities:

To lead the design team to develop design concept, layout plan and prospective drawings (3D) to meet client's requirements.
To get client's endorsement for material board, setting plans and perspective drawings (3D).
To ensure design team to produce accurate drawings according to budget and specification.
To collaborate with design team, QS, procurement and project team to ensure seamless project implementation in term of budget controlling, on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
To monitor monthly progress claim with QS and clients.
To monitor monthly collection.
To site visit and look into area that need solutions.
To assist with administrative duties and ensuring compliance to ISO standards.
Skills: AutoCad, 3D Max, SketchUp, V-Ray and Lumion
Diploma in Interior Design or Architectural, 2 years relevant working experience
