Title : Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location : JB , Eco Botanic

Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary : Based on experience

Job responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing

• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
• Build a strong network of candidates to proactively meet client needs.

Job Posting and Advertisement

• Create job postings and distribute them across multiple platforms to attract applicants.
• Ensure job descriptions are compelling and accurately reflect the role and qualifications required.

Candidate Screening and Selection

• Review applications, conduct phone and video screenings, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Shortlist candidates and present them to clients, coordinating interviews and feedback sessions.

Client Consultation

• Collaborate with client companies to understand their specific recruitment needs, company culture, and job requirements.
• Advise clients on market trends, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks.

Negotiation and Onboarding

• Assist with salary negotiations and employment terms between candidates and clients.
• Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Relationship Management

• Maintain ongoing relationships with both clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships.
• Gather feedback post-placement and provide follow-up support.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of labor laws and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
