  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: HVAC Mechanical Technician

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle the day-to-day maintenance, inspections, and repairs of HVAC systems, ensuring the highest standards of operation and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for any complaints or issues related to HVAC systems, primarily mechanical services, from end-users or clients.
  • Perform routine inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance for HVAC mechanical systems.
  • Assist in breakdowns or corrective maintenance for mechanical services within the HVAC system.
  • Support the Building Leader with daily operational tasks.
  • Provide assistance to other teams as needed and collaborate with maintenance teams for cross-functional tasks.
  • Supervise service contractors when required.
  • Work closely with vendors and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or company.

Requirements:

  • Certification or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or related mechanical services.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and supervise contractors as needed.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 31 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
