  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business requirements gathering work stream for new client implementations and enhancements.
  • Conduct requirements workshops and sessions with clients to gather and learn business requirements and client processes, and walkthrough requirements with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain business requirement documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT development team to ensure project is delivered according to the requirements and deadline.
  • Communicate with clients and users on business cases and solutions
  • Ensure the specifications adherence of the software deliverables.
  • QA the developed solutions to verify deliverables are per agreed scope and specifications.
  • Perform project status update and do reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience.
  • Good observations of business processes and attention to user experience
  • Good understanding of full cycle of software development life cycle (SDLC) / system development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Familiar Agile/SCRUM will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of any frontend and backend programming language is a plus.
  • Possess in writing requirement documentation and test cases
  • Experienced in project management tool like Azure Devops or equivalents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Required language: English
  • Mandarin language will be added advantage
