Role Description
As an Associate, Business Development, you will be responsible for daily tasks related to lead generation / client acquisition and market research.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Conduct fact finding and need analysis
- Identify financial needs gap and recommend financial solution.
- Integrate various financial services products to meet client's needs.
- Provide good after-sales service and follow up potential customers.
- Fulfill learning hours and licensing requirements by respective financial institutions.
- Attend periodic conferences/ conventions/meeting with financial services provider as and when required.
Qualifications
-Degree in any discipline.
-Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales or Business
Development roles.
-Experience in customer relationship building will be an added advantage
-Strong drive and influencing skills.
-Must be self-motivated and with business acumen.
-Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Zoom, and Google sheet
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those graduating from business and finance field.
