Job Responsibilities
- To execute administration works in the Company.
- To assist in performing office administration function such as data entry, filing, documentation, sourcing, purchasing, delivery arrangement, invoicing billings, letters issuance, emails and etc.
- Update and maintain systematic and proper filling records of Admin correspondences/ file.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
Job Requirements
- SPM or Diploma in Accountancy / Business Administrative
- Preferably working experience in related field will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Able to work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
