Job Responsibilities

  • To execute administration works in the Company.
  • To assist in performing office administration function such as data entry, filing, documentation, sourcing, purchasing, delivery arrangement, invoicing billings, letters issuance, emails and etc.
  • Update and maintain systematic and proper filling records of Admin correspondences/ file.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements

  • SPM or Diploma in Accountancy / Business Administrative
  • Preferably working experience in related field will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Able to work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
