Location: Kulai, Johor
We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.
1. Purchasing Department
The Purchasing Intern will support the purchasing team with administrative tasks, vendor communication, and documentation to facilitate the procurement process. This role is designed to provide exposure to the purchasing workflow, supplier negotiations, and sourcing strategies.
# Job Descriptions
- Assist in coordinating and documenting purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, delivery timelines, and other inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of purchase transactions and vendor contracts.
- Support the team with cost analysis and vendor comparisons.
- Collaborate with other departments to align on inventory needs and resolve order issues.
# Job requirements:
- No experience required; relevant coursework or projects in supply chain, procurement, or business are preferred.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail.
2. Customer Services Department
# Job Descriptions
- Prepare Pick List, Delivery Order, Invoice and shipping documents daily.
- Create Customer Order
- Documentation - POD Matching weekly.
# Job requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- Required Skills: Excel, MS Words, Power Point
- 3 - 6 months of internship duration
- has own transport and able to work in Kulai, Johor

- Fresh graduates or with 2 years experience (handling China Market) can be consider for another Customer Service position.
